tiger

Tigers are an introduction to a life when we are born
Introduced by teachers and by strangers
To off load the fears they know
This makes them spiteful, piss weak vipers

With fears and loathing that suffocates their miserable lives
They are handed down in a fearsome light
To the young who now must bear their pain
And forever carry tigers in the rain

The young recipients of these tigers
Cannot conquer, or understand their torment
Their Eden lost in cantankerous disrepair
Why do you pass this baton with your tigers wrapped inside
Will the option to spread fear and guilt
Make your tigers hide
Or does it just exhibit
Your hideous and disconnected frailties
And is it your belief
That this will make your wavering grip on sanity and reason
Influentially correct and strong

So now the flip side of the coin
For those of you the benefactors of these lies
You now must learn

Learn of life, of love, and how the other walks and lives
See hate as just a barrier put in place by embittered loathing vipers
This is their tiger shining that replaces love with fear
This is their goal, to trap you in their ways so they can live
Be strong and fight with words to right a wrong
Protect your life with all the cunning and resourcefulness that you can find
This will become apparent
When hate is not the bedrock of your mind

The eminent and the powerful and the institutions wrapped in gold
Few of them dispense the word, uncluttered and authentic
But some they do
To those who hear them speak, they grow
To us who battle tigers and feel the tiger taking life
There’s only but a short time
To live and get it right

Who said that life was fair and the cavalry would arrive
Look at nature as it fights for life
And then you can decide
For nature is a fight to live
But in our world the words and thoughts
Are used by lunatics on children’s minds
These thoughts become the bullet
That cripples evermore their grip on life
Is this the way it’s meant to be?
It is, it always has been
So you must open up your mind
So you can see

How do you understand the situation now at hand
As I said
Your bedrock must be strong
Your thirst for knowledge should not end
For this is not the wild
But it is a parallel
The strong survive
